If you’re tired after your fun filled day of activities and just want to stay home to be pampered, we can arrange for a massage therapist to visit you. Relax and enjoy your choice of regular, deep tissue or Master combination massage (reflexology, shiatsu, sport, deep & Swedish) in the comfort of your private vacation home.

If you have always dreamed of a tropical wedding, you have come to the right place! A wedding in the Mayan Riviera is an exciting experience that you will never forget. You can enjoy this once in a lifetime event in a beautiful location and with total confidence that your important day is in expert hands. Your own wedding coordinator will prepare the entire ceremony whether you choose to say your vows on the crystalline Caribbean beach, beside ancient Mayan ruins or in the tropical garden of your vacation home.

Dinner- For those guests celebrating a special event like an    anniversary, birthday or family reunion, we can arrange an evening with an area chef who will prepare a delicious meal for you. No special event planned, but just don’t feel like cooking? No problem. Your cook can prepare meals for a single day or for the entire week. For an extra fee, she will even do the grocery shopping for you!

Private Transportation- No waiting, no haggling and hassle free. Our partners provide service in air conditioned, clean and well maintained vehicles. They are reliable and on time and will meet you with a placard clearly stating your party’s name. Specialists in the area of providing airport transfers and tailored trips to Chichen Itza, Tulum and other interesting tourist locations in the Yucatan area, you will have one less worry from arrival to departure! Passenger insurance is included.

Babysitting- While family time is important, we understand that occasionally the adults want a little alone time. We also understand the need to have someone you can trust to look after your children. We can help by providing you with reliable child care to ensure your precious ones are in capable and appropriate hands. Your children will be looked after in your private condo, villa or home.

For infants and children aged 4 years and under, we require one sitter per  each 2 children. For children aged 5 years and older, there is a required ratio of 1 sitter to a maximum of 4 children.

The cost per sitter is:
7am - 7pm - $ 15 US Dollars per hour
7pm - 11pm - $ 15 US Dollars per hour plus RT Transportation

 NOTE:There is a minimum of 3 hours before 7pm and a 4 hour minimum after 7pm.

* This service must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance.

We at Playa Beach Rentals understand that families travelling with children or for those with Special Needs, certain items are essential for the comfort of their loved ones. We want to help make your vacation as stress free as possible by providing you with access to Childcare Equipment such as a baby stroller, high chair and a pack’n play crib. For those with special mobility needs who would like to move around with autonomy, we offer you the rental service of Scooters and Wheelchairs. This service includes rental as well as pickup and delivery right to your door! We also provide the rental of oxygen equipment.

Note: Pre-arranging any necessary equipment will ensure that it's availabilty and that no time is lost in waiting for it to be arranged once you arrive at your vacation villa.

With due preparation, there is no reason everyone can’t enjoy the pleasure of travel!

Grocery Shopping-If you want the Kitchen stocked prior to your arrival, we will be happy to do your initial shopping (minimum purchase amount of $50.00 usd). There is a $10 delivery fee + 25% on the total amount of the groceries. Unused funds for grocery purchase will be returned and the receipt will be presented to you. Ask for our grocery list to make your selection.

 Prefer to do your own grocery shopping, but would like to just relax upon arrival and not worry about having to hurry to the market? *Choose from our variety of Welcome Baskets which will be delivered and awaiting your arrival.   

Your Deluxe Welcome Basket comes complete with a variety of items to get your vacation going including- Refreshments: a bottle of Concha y Toro red wine, coke & sprite, Snacks: gourmet crackers & cheese, salami, popcorn, Oreo cookies, & Hershey chocolate bar, Breakfast Starters: juice, milk, bread, cereal, Condiments: coffee, ketchup, mayonnaise, peanut butter & jelly, plus lots of other COURTESY surprise goodies. The basket could be customized to your special needs, so additional products are available upon request. Add $10 to include a 6 pack of Mexican beer such as Corona or Sol.

You’ll find ice cold Corona, fresh limes, chips, dip and other great snack foods in our Corona Beer Bucket! It is just the thing to wet your whistle, curb your cravings and get you into “relaxation” mode. Other popular Mexican beers such as Sol and Negro Modelo can be substituted for Corona.

Your Viva Mexico Basket comes with a 6 pack of beer, tostada chips, Mexican hot salsa, spicy peanuts, chicharrones (fried pork rinds), Jalapeno dip and other COURTESY surprises that will have you shouting “Viva Mexico” before you even take off your shoes, put on your flip flops and hit the beach!
