The location of Condo Ada is ideal. It is situated just one block from the famous street known as Fifth Avenue (or as locals call it La Quinta Avenida). Now a cobblestone pedestrian walkway, 5th Avenue’s many stores and the surrounding side streets offer an eclectic assortment of hand-made pottery, arts and crafts- both local and from all over Mexico, gifts and much more. You will also find on Fifth Avenue a myriad of restaurants offering great Mexican food and international cuisine, as well as numerous fun bars.

Condo Ada is near one of the most popular beaches in town, known as Coco Beach. Here on the northern end of Playa you will find what some consider the nicest stretches of beach in Playa with its creamy white sand lapped by azure blue Caribbean waters.
