Casa Chaac is a 4 bedroom 4 bath home that sits on 4 lots in Playacar Phase 1 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Few homes in this exclusive community can boast of having such a large, lush garden. Casa Chaac is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. The master bedroom has a king bed; there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 loft bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioner and ceiling fans. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped including a full size washer and dryer; the study has a DSL line and a phone line(local calls only but great for credit cards calls!).The dining room table seats 8 adults, the living area is furnished with Sunbrella covered sofa, loveseat and large chair. A full view of the ocean is seen from the kitchen, living and dining area through large sliding doors.

The covered porch is furnished with a dining table that seats six and four quality lounge chairs; you can take the stairs to a second story terrace for a wonderful view of the ocean and Cozumel. The half moon shaped fresh water infinity pool is great for large groups. The expansive yard affords guest plenty of privacy. The soft, sandy beach is only 50 feet from the backyard. The home is located in a private development with 24 hour security and bottled water is delivered directly to you. As a guest of Casa Chaac, you will feel a world away from the hustle & bustle of town, yet downtown Playa del Carmen with its fabulously chic Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue pedestrian walkway)and the ferry to Cozumel Island are a only a 5 minute walk from the house!

The 2nd loft bedroom with 4
twins will not be available, no exceptions.

- Payment Methods include: personal/business check, cashiers check, money order, wire transfer ($25.00 fee) and credit card (add 5%).
- Occupancy count includes all children who require bedding and are over the age of 1 year at time of arrival.
