 Hacienda
style ocean front villa is fully air-conditioned, features 3 bedrooms,
a beautiful, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area and large
exterior patio decks.
The one story Spanish design immediately attracts your attention
with it's palapa (thatch) roof and wrap around patio with multiple
lounge chairs and umbrella. The patio has a fabulous view of the
Caribbean and is a comfortable place to gather with friends and
family to socialize, star gaze or suntan, and enjoy the ocean breeze.
Casa del Mar is designed so that you can enjoy the marvelous view
from almost every room in the house including the kitchen, dining
and living area, as well as the master bedroom which has sliding
glass doors opening directly to the patio. Custom detail masonry,
marble counter tops in both the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as
fine, hardwood furniture complete the picture.
The three bedrooms all have private bathrooms. The master bedroom
has a king bed and TV with satellite. One guest bedroom also has
TV with an additional satellite dish and queen bed. The other guest
bedroom has 2 individual beds which may be joined for use as a king
bed.
The dining and living area are quite spacious and open allowing
you to enjoy the incredible beauty of the turquoise waters of the
Caribbean, pristine white beaches and azure sky. Casa del Mar will
immediately put you in the mood to leave your worries behind! This
private home also boasts the assistance of the houseboy Eliseo who
is there not only to care for the garden and daily house chores,
but who is also there to help you if needed and maybe even treat
you with preparation of a typical Mexican breakfast if requested.

to downtown Playa del Carmen (or a 2 minute taxi ride) and the pier

cave diving for the professional.

Hola Pato,
Luisa (maid) was wonderful but I had a hard time conversing with her in my limited Spanish. She definiety took care of us. We had a wonderful time but we spent too much time doing tourist things and not enough sitting in the front living room! I would pass on Xcaret next time but we loved Tulum, Chichen Itza, and Chaakanaab over on Cozumel. It was also wonderful that we happened to be there at Carnival. The boys loved the parades. I have been telling all of my friends about Casa del Mar and Playacar....(excerpt) The oceanfront was first class. We would not want anything else. Thank you again for your help. Cheers,

This house offers absolutely one of the best values I have ever come across. The location right on the beach is absolutely phenomenal, not to mention it is a 2 min walk into the center of town. The house is in fantastic condition and the help is great. To top it all off Playa del Carmen itself is one of the most exciting towns I have ever visited.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Casa Del Mar. It is a very comfortable
place and at the same time it is maintained very well. It certainly is one
of the places that will have a place in my memory for a long time for lots
of reasons.

We had the best family vacation ever! The house is incredible; beautifully decorated, great layout and very comfortable. And a million dollar view! With 2 small children it was nice to enjoy our meals at home and then walk to town for an ice creme! We played in sand by stepping off the deck and watch schools of fish swim by. Eliso (houseboy) was very nice and complemented the house by providing great meals and assisting with arrangements. Conveniently located beside Playa del Carmen and near many attractions, Casa del Mar is the best place in the Maya Riviera!
