This charming villa is one of the few beach front and which also has a private swimming pool. The 2 bedroom, single bath home is located in Playacar Phase I, a private gated community with 24 hour security. Casa Moskito has just recently been redecorated and now has in each of the 2 bedrooms individual air condition units with climate control, new living furniture and satellite TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, maid service, free bottled water delivery, and towels and linens are provided as well. Casa Moskito is an intimate and cozy Mexican style home where you cannot help but enjoy a relaxing vacation. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Caribbean Ocean and Cozumel Island from the spacious terrace as well as from almost every room in the home!

Although you may just want to relax around the pool in one of the lounge chairs or hammocks provided for you, Casa Moskito is only a five minute walk to the ferry to Cozumel and also the start of the popular 5th Avenue pedestrian walkway. When you tire of relaxing, you are just a couple of minutes walking distance from all that Playa del Carmen has to offer- the exciting & diverse nightlife, excellent shopping, fabulous restaurants and bars and superb aquatic activities!  Besides downtown Playa del Carmen, also located near Casa Moskito are Mayan ruins, cenotes, a bird sanctuary, and the 18 hole Von Hagge Championship Golf Course.

This quaint home is ideal for honeymooners, two couples and small families!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Moskito. A true vacation, the house was perfect, along with all your help and the staff it truly made for a memorable vacation, especially since we are getting over a foot of snow today, guess we should have stayed a few more weeks!! We spent a week here 1/6/07-1/13/07. The home was beautiful and perfect for 2 couples. The weather did not cooperate but the 2 days it did it was wonderful to lounge and swim in the pool and than be able to swim in the ocean right at your front door. It was everything you could need in a vacation home and the staff from Playa Beach Rentals was wonderful. Thank You Miguel (PBR Guest Relations) ! The maids were great too, loved those towel sculpures on our beds

You are the best .

I would totally recomend this for 2-4 people looking for the perfect sun get away. Oh by the way we haven't even been home 2 weeks and we have our damage deposit back!!
