Villa Nueva Casa Blanca is located in the exclusive gated Playacar Phase I community. Situated only yards from the ocean and just 10 minute walk to town’s famous pedestrian walkway, Fifth Avenue, it has been extensively remodeled over the summer to expand and modernize living spaces. Our favorite new feature is the fabulous new pool which is flanked by the expanded terrace which has always offered a beautiful view of the ocean. You and your family will certainly enjoy relaxing by the pool & enjoying the cool breeze of the ocean while watching the sunset at the end of a tough day sunbathing on the crystalline white beach!

Three bedrooms plus the dining and kitchen area are located on the first floor. The Master bedroom with it’s own spectacular ocean view and private bath are located on the second floor.

This house was beautiful, clean and had a gorgeous view. Ideally located walking distance to town, but still in the quiet communityof Playacar. Each room has its own bathroom and is very comfortable.  The only negative (if you can even call it that) was that the pool was listed as being heated, but the heater was broken at the time. The owners are very accomodating and helpful.  We are going again this year! Feel free to email me with any questions.
