House Description
This beautiful five year old private residential home is located
in Playacar, a private gated community in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
You'll be surrounded by lush tropical flowers and trees, and within
walking distance are Mayan ruins, a tropical bird aviary, cenotes,
tennis courts, an 18 hole championship golf course and the charming
town of Playa del Carmen. The Villa White Partridge is located approximately
50 meters from the beach.
 The
first level consists of a fully furnished and equipped kitchen,
laundry room, dining and living areas, and a half bath. The second
level consists of the Master Suite with a king bed, large terrace,
and private bath with both a tub and shower. Two bedrooms are located
on the third level. Each bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and
terrace with breathtaking ocean views.
There is an open rooftop terrace with gorgeous panoramic views
of Playa del Carmen and the Caribbean. Two private safes are available
for your peace of mind. Maid service three times a week and bottled
water are also provided.
Nearby Attractions
Cancun, Cozumel, Xcaret, Puerto Aventuras, Paamul, Akumal, Xel-Ha,
and the ruins of Tulum. Walking distance to Playa del Carmen which
has everything you could need for your vacation, including international
restaurants, dive shops, shopping and tours.

We had a very nice trip and the property was located in a quiet area close to the ocean, beach and the tennis. The pool and patio was perfect for family gatherings. The housekeeper and pool boy did a good job of keeping the home tidy and ready to use.

Just got back today-3/20/2005 (had to shovel the driveway) white partridge was just a fantastic place to spend a vacation. there were 5 adults and the accomodations were perfect. everything worked all the time and sergio (guest relations asst for Playa beach rentals company) came by everyday to check and make sure things were working properly and that we enjoying our stay. we walked to the beach every day and had our drinks on the upper deck each night as we over looked cozomel and the cruise ships coming and going. if you have specific questions please feel free to contact me and i will respond quickly.

We had a wonderful time during our three week stay in the White
Partridge. Everything was perfect! Our entire family kept saying
"This is our best vacation ever!" Everyone connected with
the villa and it's day to day operations was great. I felt so comfortable
from the moment I first stepped in. I cannot think of one thing
that I would change. You should feel very proud of all the love
and thought that you have put into this home.
We were as busy or as sedentary as we pleased the entire time.
I enjoyed talking with your neighbor(s), Senor Abel (your handyman)
was a love and Nidia (your maid) did a fine job of cleaning. The
pool area is so-o-o relaxing and what a lovely beach!
Austin and I did some diving, and hit just about all the restaurants
on 5th Ave. Now for the diet! All our children really had a wonderful
time. All the girls had a massage from Ascucena, the massage therapist
that came to the villa about 5 times. We took pictures of our seaweed
wraps, facials and body scrubs!
Olivia, our granddaughter had a ball at the beach and in the pool
and she and I had some great afternoon siestas in the hammock off
the master bedroom.

We brought our kids age 21 and 17 and an 18-year old friend and
we all had a blast! The house is terrific - a perfect getaway from
the hustle and bustle of the charming town of Playa del Carmen.
Close to a beautiful, quiet beach. Refreshing swimming pool. Delightful
maid service and pool attendant. Teresa and Isabelle were very helpful
and accommodating. The kids loved the place and enjoyed the night
life of Playa. The house decor is lots of fun. We loved being awakened
in the morning by the tropical birds. Would go back in a minute.
Truly the best family vacation we've had.

My husband and I spent our 1st anniversary at the Villa White Partridge along with 2 other couples in April of 2000. The house was
perfect! Much, much better then staying in a hotel. It has only
been 2 months since we left and my friends and I are dying to go

We just got back from our second visit to the Villa White Partridge (Aug 2000). Once again, we had an exceptional time! The house
is in a perfect location - one short block from the beach, in a
beautiful neighborhood. The main shopping area is just a few short
blocks away. The house is haseverything and is very spacious. During
our stay, any needs and questions were handled by Teresa the property
manager - she is extremely helpful and very accommodating (she knows
where everything is and can recommend some really good places to
eat and fun things to do). The neighbors are friendly and helpful
as well. We've stayed at other places in Playa del Carmen, but the
location and value of this villa cannot be beat! Can't wait to go
back!!!

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the Villa White Partridge
(Aug 99) and it was fantastic!! We met up with some good friends
from Albuquerque and between 4 adults and 4 kids, there was still
plenty of room to spare. It's a wonderfully colorful villa, with
everything you could ask for. Hammocks on every balcony, books and
a VCR with movies for the kids, and a well stocked kitchen. Only
a block away from a beautiful secluded beach, where a 15 minute
walk along the water would bring you to the pier and the center
of town. I can't wait to go back!! :-)
