Villa Stella Del Mar is only a fifteen minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue in Downtown Playa Del Carmen, where there is fantastic shopping and gourmet dining at international and local authentic restaurants that will be sure to please every pallet. For those more interested in the beautiful white sand beaches of the Mayan Riviera, Villa Stella Del Mar is just a five minute walk to the ocean and to the Von Hagge Championship Golf Course. Also close by is the Playacar Reef Club Resort where as a VIP guest, you will be able to enjoy certain free amenities as well as full amenities at a discounted rate.
Two Self Contained Units Perfect for Family & Friends Vacationing Together
There are two units in this Villa and they are self contained. In the 3 BR unit (The Caribe ) in each bedroom there is a full bath and the master is equipped with bathtub and shower. In the 2 bedroom unit (The Del Mar) both the bedrooms are equipped with full bathrooms and there is an additional half/bath. These units are all done in marble flooring and granite counter tops. Villa Stella is located on the border between phase 1 and phase 2 of Playacar. Each unit is equipped with their own laundry facility. Each unit also has a kitchen which is fully equipped with all small appliances, dishes, cutlery. Included in the price of both suites is maid service three times weekly. For an extra fee, service is available daily if requested in advance.
This is the perfect spot to spend your vacation - just a short stroll to all the fun the area has to offer: the beach, The Playacar Reef Resort, the restaurants and boutiques of Playa del Carmen’s popular and eclectic 5th Avenue and more!
