House Description
 Once
you've arrived at La Palma Tranquila, you'll find you have chosen
a wonderful 2 bedroom condominium ideally situated for the perfect
vacation. Although located only a short walk from the best beach
in Playa, as well as the famed Fifth Avenue pedestrian walkway,
la Palma Tranquila is set amidst tropical vegetation and a quiet
atmosphere. You won't need a car when you stay here! Not only can
you walk to the ocean which is about 5- 10 minutes away, you can
also easily stroll to the finest shops and restaurants in town.
When you return from sightseeing or a day sunbathing at the beach,
you come back to a cool, comfortable Mediterranean style retreat
where you can relax and regroup before an evening on the town. Go
up to the deck and cool off by taking a dip in the pool or just
put your feet up and sip margaritas from the rooftop deck while
you bask in warm ocean breezes and sweeping vistas of the Caribbean
Sea.
Nearby Attractions
Walk to the beach for snorkeling, scuba-diving, sailing, kayaking
and fishing and many other activities. Day trips can be made to
the wonders of the Mayan world including Chichen-Itza, Tulum, Coba,
and many smaller ruins throughout the Yucatan, You can also take
the 45 minute ferry ride to Cozumel and enjoy a day of diving on
the world famous reefs, snorkeling or shopping. La Palma Tranquila
is also within easy access of the Xel-Ha and Xcaret Eco parks and
just a 45 minute drive from Cancun.

We received the check yesterday. It was a great surprise because we
forgot all about it!!
We enjoyed the condo. We had some things to contend with, but none
of them had anything to do with Playa Beach Rentals. I left a lengthy
journal entry in the condo's guest book and made notes about places
to eat and visit.
Playa del Carmen was excellent and the location of the condo is
awesome!! We definitely want to come back and make the loop around
the Yucatan Peninsula to see more. We would probably choose Playa
del Carmen to be our end point and stay a while before heading home.
Right now it is 28 F and 4 inches of snow here in Federal Way,
WA. We are thinking fondly of our vacation and appreciate everything
Playa Beach Rentals did to make it enjoyable. I would definitely
recommend them to anyone!

rooftop pool was awesome and it was a great location.

I just wanted to drop you a personal note to tell you we had a
wonderful time and really enjoyed the condo. It was really
in a perfect location just as you told us! Also, Lourdes (cleaning
lady) and Sergio (PBR Customer Relations) were terrific.
We loved the condo and it was everything we expected. It
was located within walking distance of a great beach. It was
also located in a very nice part of town where it was relatively
quiet but close to many restaurants and shops. We would definitely
return.
