These unique villas (Villa Xaguar 4 Bedroom
and Villa Xaguar 2 Bedroom) combine the perfect Mexican atmosphere
with a luxury feel in this special spot where the jungle meets the
amazing beauty of the Caribbean. They are located in the lush privately
gated residential area known as Playacar Phase 1. Enjoy the cool
waters of the Villa Xaguar pool, the two terraces, patios and well
equipped kitchen. The villas have a gardener who maintains the beautiful
garden area and a poolboy comes on a daily basis.
 Villa Xaguar is a group of five separate Mediterranean-style villas surrounded
by large trees and gardens. There is a delightful pool and a cenote
with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located 10 minutes
away walking from town and just 45 meters away from the beach. You
can walk to everything!
The 2 bedroom villa is 125 sq. meters located all on one level.
It has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, sliding
door to the patio and extra large closet space. The guest bedroom
has 2 full sized beds with air conditioning or ceiling fan and easy
access from your own door to the patio or pool.
Large groups can rent both the 2 and 4 bedroom units for a total

Available to you are the following activities: golfing, swimming,
snorkeling, windsurfing, parasailing, fishing, tennis, horseback
riding and biking. The area has spectacular scuba diving among world
class reefs or in natural cenotes which includes cave diving for

We stayed a week in Villa Xaguar and had a fabulous
time! This was our first ever visit to the Yucatan, and we didn't
quite know what to expect. Fortunately, we discovered Playa Beach
Rentals through the Internet and were very impressed by the very
efficient and professional interaction with them. Making our reservation
and setting up the contract was handled very quickly and we found
all aspects of our interaction with your organization to be very
reliable.
When we arrived in Playacar, we were met by Carlos
and Ishmael, who got us settled in our villa, Villa Xaguar. We
loved the villa and found it to be very clean, well-functioning,
and wonderfully located in a quiet section of Playacar, 2 blocks
from the beach, and an easy walk to Playa del Carmen for shopping
and dinners. Ishmael brought us some boogie boards to use during
our stay and was helpful, but not intrusive, during our visit.
The household supplies were just right (although a broom for sweeping
up the sand we tracked in would have been helpful) and the furnishings
were just wonderful. We wish we could have stayed more than a
week!

Just wanted to say thanks for helping us set up
our Playa trip— we had a great time! Really enjoyed the town
(especially after we saw Cozumel!) and the house was perfect,
very well maintained and it was great to have a pool and great
to have Angela cooking for us, and not have to shlep the little
ones out to eat for every meal. We really appreciated your help
and will happily recommend that others check out your site!
