Our stay at Villa Coral was absolutely wonderful. .…. Renting the home was simple and easy. Everyone at Playa Beach Rentals was very helpful. I was assisted initially by the Reservations Manager who was very kind and helpful….. before our stay I communicated mostly with an Office Assistant who provided exceptional service! She was very polite, professional and helpful too. She answered all our questions and concerns promptly….. upon arrival a Guest Relations person answered any questions we had about the home. He was very pleasant and took care of any concerns we had. I highly recommend renting through Playa Beach Rentals! In addition I highly recommend Villa Coral...our group Loved the week we spent there! I look forward to visiting soon!”

VILLA MIMAC was precisely what I had expected and more. It was beautiful and perfect for a gathering for 10-12 persons. Close to the beach and the pool and certainly within walking distance of Playa del Carmen. Neftali was a pleasant addition. He was very friendly and jovial and helpful. The Guest Book was very helpful and we greatly appreciated having the information sent to us well in advance of our trip so we could review the information beforehand. The location of Villa Mimac was ideally situated within walking distance to both the beach and town. I would absolutely recommend Villa Mimac to others. It is large enough for a group of 6-12 people to rest and relax comfortably and close enough to all the amenities in town to enjoy without having the noise or other concerns to worry about. It was much nicer than staying in a hotel where we would be unable to gather as a group. My birthday celebration was a grand success and everyone enjoyed it.

I doubt that anyone has ever had an 80th birthday celebration as great as mine. Our stay at your VILLA MIMAC will be a life long memory. For all of us to be together was a huge experience. Neftali served us breakfast in grand style along with two Mayan meals. we all loved him and the attention we received from him. I know Chito, your monkey knew my voice! It was in such a good location, close to market, and close to the beach. We felt very safe while we were there. We had some issues when we first got there. It looked like someone was still staying there when we arrived. After talking to Ivan we found out the people before us did not check out on time and told the maid to leave. Needless to say they had a maid there and cleaning right after we called them. The house was wonderful and fulfilled our needs. We are looking to rent it again next year! The Perfect Vacation Home for Family and Friends Casa Irlanda was a great place for a large family to visit and connect, with four bedrooms complete with four bathrooms, everyone had privacy. The rooftop terrace was interesting, pool refreshing, outdoor kitchen amazing, and housekeeping second to none. We would go back. My only suggestion would be to stop enroute from aP to buy groceries and/or have management buy them for you at additional cost. It would probably be worth it not to waste your leisure time grocery shopping.

To the Staff of Playa Beach, My family truly enjoyed our vacation at Condo Belmar in Playa del Carmen. I enjoyed meeting your staff that was so helpful. Sr. Ivan Ocampo was extremely helpful in identifying the best property that fit our wishes and for arranging transportation to and from the airport. Thanks also for his kindness in showing me other properties that we will consider for future vacations.
